The Profile of "Takasago sushi"



Takasago sushi was established in 1962 in the present building. Since then, we have been patronized by not only local customers but also by people coming from afar. Our master chef worked for Takasago sushi in Ginza over 30 years ago. And he then, set up his own business. That is why our shop was named "Takasago sushi."  It's a family run business.

We get fresh fish that is caught around Tokyo Bay from Tukiji fish market every morning. Our recommendations are boiled sea eel, clams, vinegared small fish because they're home made. You can enjoy Takasago style small dishes. Please come and try them for yourselves.
