A course with "Omakase Nigiri", 10 piece of sushi selected by the chef, as a main.
Served with 先付・八寸("Sakitsuke and Hassun", appetizers with using a seasonal ingredient), 吸い物(”Suimono”, a broth soup), grilled fish, refreshment, sashimi and homemade dessert.
